Kid's dad played corner for the Patriots for 7 years, and he's one of those crazy defensive tackles who also plays RB in high school. Offers from Nebraska, Penn State, Ohio State, MSU, and Michigan. Supposed to be coming to visit UM and MSU in the next few weeks, and according to this site, he may commit while on the trip. That seems a bit farfetched, but what do I know?
I was just about to post this question because I coincidentally just pulled up his film. I need some help here. At the 22 second mark is that a 275 man scoring a 72 yard touchdown from the TB position or is he playing FB? That play is moving too fast.
That blog is credible for the most part. Lots of interviews. hurst likes michigan...a lot.

Yea, that blog is pretty good, initially I was dubious but its pretty good stuff.
And that is crazy athleticism.
"Between the promise and the payoff is the process -- and the process is the point."
On the free Beaver bonanza, someone said they got this quote from Rivals.
An early decision would probably be like if I was considering Michigan," he said. "If they were to offer, I’d probably have to start thinking about committing to that one within a week, a couple weeks, or even just a couple of days after I saw the school. Just that is one of the things you have to consider with the bigger-time schools.
From everything I’ve read over the last year about that “Tremendous” guy, his contacts seem to be legit.
Oh yeah, I don't doubt the veracity of the info at Tremendous, I just thought it seemed a bit odd for this kid to get an offer and almost immediately commit, but I guess he likes UM. Some rumors that he wanted to commit to Ohio State, but they told him to wait.

Who is saying this?

Defensive lineman Maurice Hurst Jr., has had Michigan State as one of the top four schools on his list. But the Spartans are now in Hurst’s top three and might be ready to move even higher. Previously Hurst had Michigan State, Virginia, Ohio State and Boston College as the top schools he is considering. However, Hurst now says Ohio State and Boston College are no longer in his upper echelon with his new top three in no particular order, Michigan State, Virginia and Michigan.
Pat Narduzzi is recruiting Hurst and has been out to Westwood (Mass.) Xaverian Brothers once this spring and Hurst expects him to be back today. One of the Spartans’ advantages with Hurst is Narduzzi. Narduzzi has developed a friendship with Xaverian Brothers head coach Charlie Stevenson and Narduzzi also met Hurst’s strength coach and the two seemed to hit it off.
Hurst is hoping to visit both Michigan State and Michigan in the next couple of weeks and those two visits could go a long ways towards determining where Hurst ends up. Perhaps if his visit goes well enough the Spartans can close in on a commitment.
“I’m not close to deciding (on a college) yet because I still have to visit Michigan and Michigan State,” Hurst said.
