The whole airport I believe is one square mile. On a landing you swear you're going to come down on a house. Or you can overrun the runway and end up in the middle of traffic like this Southwest 737 in '05 Originally Posted by det2orl

Yep, when I landed there it was wild. It was like the pilot was literally standing on the brakes. I was coming out of my seat with the seat belt on. Had to brace myself on the seat back of the seat in front of me. Originally Posted by Scott37189

It was while back but one time I had to connect in JFK and thought that was crazy, when landing it just looked like we were landing in water initially
