Way to go down looking boys.
It's funny, because Leyland's reasoning is that Delmon is still a young kid, and he doesn't want him to get pigeonholed as a DH yet, particularly during a walk year. The thing is, Delmon's bat is all he's good for. He's MUCH more valuable as just a hitter - if you look at his Baseball Reference page, you can see that if he had never played in the field, he'd be a 5.2 Win player for his career. But his defense has made him a -0.2 Win player for his career. And look today...he hit's a 2-run homer, but then he makes an error that costs them 2 runs. How different is that game if it's still 3-2 in the 9th?
Worth and Villarreal sent to Toledo to make room for Inge and Wilk.
Why is Schlereth on this team still?

What to expect from Wilk today - lots of contact, not a lot of strikeouts, and one of the right-handed hitters for Chicago is going to hit a 450 foot homer.
