    Criticize the NHL officials: $20,000
Slam someone's head WWE style in the boards: $2500

    Glad we cleared that up

@felixpotvin Shea Weber fined 0.03% of his annual income. If you earn $40k the fine equivalent would be $13.

I didn't even realize the fine denominations went that low.

Why even fine the guy. He spends that much going out to dinner with the guys... Didn't expect a fine so not that shocked here...

He pays this off in like 45 seconds or so:

@Amerinadian19 @TheTripleDeke To reinforce: Based on his avg. TOI, Weber has made $3,651 for every MINUTE of ice time he's had this year.

Sends a bad message about what the NHL doesn't protect it's players...not that i'm totally shocked by their decision, it just doesn't make sense...

and don't forget Shea Weber has a bit of history...

Earlier this year he was fined 2,500 for this:

and he's the one that took out Andrea Lilja for a few months

    oh no, another $2500?

something seems a little wrong with that value of a fine for these guys...not really a deterrent...
