Default Damion Terry, QB (Dual Threat), Erie PA (Cathedral Preparatory School)

    6'4" 210lbs

Is plan A for staff. Plans to commit on his visit next weekend, per teammate Delton Williams (who may also commit).

Will choose MSU over offers from Boston College and Illinois. Think Nathan Scheelhaase.

Big time arm, and great mobility, which should be interesting since it is not something we have had.

I like it. He has a pro-style body and arm, but can add a totally different dimension with his legs. He'll just need to learn to let the pocket develop before he gets happy feet.

Michigan State also received a verbal commitment from quarterback Damion Terry of Cathedral Prep in Erie, Pa.

"I'm officially a Michigan State Spartan," Terry said on Twitter.

The 6-4, 210-pounder is a dual-threat quarterback who threw for 1,415 yards and 13 touchdowns as a junior but was unranked according to Rivals. He received three stars from 247sports.com.

"I spoke with the coaches and they were fired up," Terry told SpartanMag.com. "The coaches have said they like the fact that I am a mobile quarterback with a strong arm and I am accurate. I also had scholarship offers from Boston College, Illinois and Duke."
