I dont know what's so hard about this. GZ visably sustained significant injuries from a beating he was taking by TM. He called out for help (as verified by TM's father), and nobody answered. He then shot TM under Florida's SYG law.

TM's mother said it was TM on the tape and experts have stated that they believe it was not GZ yelling for help so that is not nearly as cut and dried as you are making it out to be.

That assumes you know what GZ did and you don't. More of the same from you assuming that a criminal who was packing and should not have been, had good intentions.

You can't get it through your thick skull that GZ initiated it. Why not? He was in control of whether to let the guy go on about his business or initiate some interaction. He choose to initiate an interaction....PERIOD. The result of GZ profiling TM was him negligently killing him.

GZ did what every human does everyday. Survey environment, make a decision. TM made the same survey "creepy guy is following me".

What is scary is that only one CRIME was committed. Someone started a fight. IF GZ started the fight, he is likely guilty of murder. IF TM started the fight, he is guilty of assault and GZ is the innocent victim and TM fate was a result of his poor decision making.

But you won't do it. You're blind to the facts of law. Blind to your racial preferences. Blind to your biases and stereotypes.

He didn't "stalk" him. He followed him. If every citizen would take on the same level of personal responsibility, we wouldn't have half the societal problems we have. We wouldn't have Rev. Marvin Winans getting car jacked in his own town. We wouldn't have people standing on street corners in open sight dealing drugs.

This whole "I'll let the government take car of it" is basically everything wrong with society today.

Police are not people's individual body guards. Their existence does not abdicate a citizen from exercising their rights.

Mom, whatever. Either way SHE said it, so in the Jury's mind that's a done deal that it was GZ yelling. Experts have basically said they dont know, the mom says it was not TM, combine it with the physical damage done to GZ and that's most likely case closed in the court's mind.
