Neighborhood Watch guy chases down a kid, shoots him, charged with 2nd-degree murder

Bingo... the evidence seems to be pretty clear that Zimmerman initiated this by following the kid. If there was an altercation Zimmerman provoked it unnecessarily. If I was the kid not knowing who this guy was I would have fought for my life.

We finally agree on something. It is not self defense if you provoke the altercation. If you go out and start a fight with someone and they whip your behind and you whip our your gun and shoot them, then that is not self defense that is manslaughter and in some cases 3rd degree murder.

This isn't a defense for Zimmerman, it makes him look more like a wussy . . the Sanford Police Department botched this one big time. Just like the cops and bar owner who covered for Big Ben.

i think thats a delmas jersey and not a barry jersey which would be pretty dumb to have a jersey he never "wore". my opinion on the jersey is formed by it would be a pretty small 0 with a large 2
