Neighborhood Watch guy chases down a kid, shoots him, charged with 2nd-degree murder

Looks good for Zimmerman. Zimmerman may actually be telling the truth. The reality is Zimmerman was over zealous, and if he initiated the event he should be charged with manslaughter as the SPD Investigator suggested.

Folks want Zimmerman dead, folks want Zimmeran diefied . . the reality is this APPEARS to be a terrible accident. 2nd Degree murder is too hot for Zimmerman, let's not make a bad situation worse by adding injustice onto injustice.

I just hope Zimmerman can leave my home town forever so Sanford can go back to being known for baseball players David Eckstein and Tim Raines and 1992 U.S. Open Tennis Champin Jim Courier.

He didn'tt know GZ from Adam. He knows he is being followed. Maybe he didn't want to lead this weirdo back to where is staying.

TM, after being told to run home, allegedly tells his girlfriend, I'm not going to run, I'm just going to walk fast.

At the same time GZ says, he's running now (as heard on the police tapes).

Four minutes later, the fight happens.

Where was TM and why didn't he go home ?

Something else which I wonder about is why it took GZ so long to go back to his SUV also. Just as it shouldn't have taken TM more then 30 seconds to go inside his house, it shouldn't have taken GZ more then a minute to get back to his vehicle. Its 90 seconds from the time he hangs up with dispatcher till calls start coming into 911 about fight.. I think that leads credence to the thought he didn't go straight back on the same path he came.

One other thing from the 7-11 video, Travyon Martin was a big dude.. especially looked big in that loose fitting outfit he had one, he looked huge. He towered over the cashier.

Any witness who said "the bigger guy was on top" - was seeing Travyon Martin.

Yep, and all he would've been able to give was a basic description, the dude would've got away and known exactly where he lived.

I wish both these guys were of the same race because if he's found not guilty regardless of evidence that supports either side, I can see riots breaking out.

@AP BREAKING: Autopsy: Evidence of marijuana found in Trayvon Martin's urine and blood.

That is not going to help the prosecution either.

Evidence of _____________ found Zimmerman's blood and urine. Not sure how Trayvon's mother and father keep their composure with this cluster F.
