No actually there isn't.
Actually my wife says the before you return it, you connect it to itunes or something and it stores the apps. When you get the new one, you connect it to itunes and it puts all of the apps on the new ipad. It really isn't that hard. It takes a couple of minutes.

If you "back it up an old devise" it usually comes back just like your old one. If you install it as a new devise you get all the apps but not the progress you had before... Basically only a problem if you play games and want to continue where you left off
Well that and it's morally repugnant.

I'm apple tapped out at the moment. I guess we could just full out give the kids mine and I could get the ipad3. I wouldn't mind bumping up to at least the 32g. I have no doubt my brother will have one by the end of the first weekend out... But unlike me, money is no object with him. I want a new driver more than a new ipad
I just read Apple was only $6 a share in like 2003. Can that be true? Ugh.
