So I need a little knowledge on starting pitching...how does it work with guys not getting a start in a given week? Do people shuffle around to get a starter, or do certain starting pitchers just not start/score each week?

In particular, I'm talking about week 1 here. I only have a few of my pitchers with starts.

I had fajitas with a chocolate milkshake for dinner last night btw.

For week one you basically want to try and gather as many starts as you can, there are a few people who aren't going to have a few pitchers with starts.

Normally you want to roll with your studs every week and then throw in a few 2 start pitchers with good matchups when you can.

There is no shuffling, we tried to make it daily lineup changes, but you saw what a cluster it was to try and get people to agree on one simple thing let alone change their lineups daily.

So do I drop my position players on the bench for pitchers? Look at who I'm starting right now Juicy.

Wait a second. Is the first time period 4/4 through 4/8 or through 4/15?

    This sh1t is confusing.

    2nd week starts 4/9

    every monday.

All star week and week 1 are the two short weeks. AK tried to sneak in the Japan series so he could get automatic victories with King Felix as the only two start pitcher. (when half the league doesn't even have a full roster of 5 pitchers that go this week)

This is what confused me. Ok, well half of my pitchers aren't even pitching this week. Good to know.

Darvish has been tabbed to get his first start at home against the Mariners on April 9. He'll take on the Twins on the following Saturday. Darvish continues to show why the Rangers spent so much to bring him to Texas. He owns a 3.60 ERA this spring and should be viewed as a viable pitching option in all Fantasy formats for Week 1 (April 4-15).

put arroyo in for YU and that takes care of one of the spots.

headley would be your only option to drop if you can find a decent pitcher that starts this week you can do that, but I am not sure there are any left out there.
