Maybe he'll jump early like Baker and it'll only be 1.

I wonder if they'll tell him to stop putting weight on.. at some point you sacrifice speed right?

Maybe he's not in 100% playing shape either?

I think it's the opposite, he's in great shape. That guy tends to be super motivated all the time. He was pissed that his only big-time offer out of HS came from MSU and it fuels him

maybe, but 242 is awfully big for a tailback.. seems like he would lose some speed

Baker left because he was getting less touches and his stock was only going down staying longer. Im not saying Bell wouldnt leave after this season if he had a big year but I doubt he is going to be considered a high round pick next year and would probably return knowing he will be inline for a huge senior season.

Didn't want to start a whole new thread for this, but the Kirk Cousins episode of Gruden's QB Camp show was a really good watch, IMO.

They broke down his game overall. The whole thing wasn't sunshine and rainbows for sure. Gruden called him out on some weaknesses and some of his not-so-great games, etc. They spent quite a bit of time talking about how inconsistent he was in the OSU game, for example.

Reserve DT Matt Ramondo transferring back home to New Mexico State.

    Couple of nuggets in there:
Aaron Burbridge taking summer courses & appears to be on track for eligibility. Won't know anything official until late July, early Augusts.
Arthur Ray hasn't decided whether or not he'll be on team next year (would be his 5th year).
Biggest news (pun intended too) though is that Lawrence Thomas has ballooned up to 290 lbs. Yet they still don't want to rule out LB for him as a position!
