Default How much does Brees play?

This is the tough thing about being in a championship the last week of the season. i know they can improve thier seed a bit and he has Brady nipping at his heels for the passing record. Do you think he plays at least a half? I have Eli so not sure what I should do?

No idea. You should change your league though. Having the champ game the last week is for the tards. It would be like the superbowl champ being determined by lottery based off a preseason game that already happened.

Nah. League has been going for 18 years and it has always been that way. Just takes a few adjustments for the championship. It is a good problem to have and 10 other teams would switch spots with me.

Yea, it's dumb. You should play your best guys for the championship. Having that problem is stupid and doesn't reward the better FF team. But we can disagree on that. It wouldn't be a dramatic league change or anything.

FF has enough luck in it, no need to introduce more.

We have talked about it in the past but everyone likes playing and keeping the regular season as long as possible. I like that 14 weeks fight and the payouts in this league is pretty good for finishing in the top tier of the regular season. All the rest of my guys are full go this week and so is my opponents. We are the number 1 and 2 seeds so the best team will still win.

No, the best team might not win because you might have to sit Brees. The winner of your game is predicated on a goofy last week. I'm not saying the better teams won't make the championship game, I'm saying the last game shouldn't be about "should I start Eli Manning over Drew Brees" when both are healthy.

If you're league is cool with it, that's all that matters.

I'd start Brees. I think he will play the majority of the game.

Yeah I am waffling on the decision for sure. I am pretty happy to just to have made it here. The only other time I won the league was 2002 and I have only won a single playoff game since then until this year.

    That's why you have depth!

Sorry, but having the schedule bail you out of having to put your team together for a full NFL season is for suckers.

"Fantasy football" tries to gimmick what a real NFL season is like, including a championship game. Because it's impossible to have fantasy extend into the playoffs (it's already not a full season now), having a championship game the week which is basically like a preseason football game for many of the top FF players is for retards.

If you're so hung up on 14 week season, just play a doubleheader in week one. Problem solved.
