With a couple of their targets committing elsewhere or canceling their visits, they finally had a scholly open for him.

MSU staff is scrambeling around the country trying to fill the DE void that was thought to be filled by either Nunez/Buchanan....Unlikely they will land this highly rated prospect as he seems pretty impressed with Ole Miss.

from what Kle was telling me earlier, he was telling football coaches he was going to play lacrosse in college, not football. Guess he changed his mind and wanted to go to a local school with good academics.

Yeah, this is definately not a MD type of recruit....During an interview with Rivals he made a reference to his "hostess" at Ole Miss. during his visit..Allegedly he has epic grade problems which is why IL pulled their offer....I think he will fit in nicely with Nutt down at Ole Miss.

Nunez to Pitt as expected....
