• Little Brother Feels the Pain

    No clue.

Still not over this weekend and how it went down.

Losing is one thing. I can deal with that. Not showing up is another.

Embarrassing yourself , crapping your pants, and looking clueless is tough to handle.

It had been two years since I'd seen something like that, gotta admit I was getting used to knowing it wouldnt happen.

Now this week, a week I find intolerable to begin with, is now bizzaro land for me. Now I am the Michigan fan. My team is 6-2, I feel we will win, yet there is this nagging itch at my ankle of a 2-5 fanbase talking sh!t following their own blowout loss.

Now I get it. I get why Michigan fans call us little brother. Why they hate us. Why they belittle us.

Hypocrisy fills this rivalry and it;s only getting uglier.

My head is telling me to just get comfortable, save $500, and watch this game from the comfort of my own home. My heart is telling me to go, be there live, deal with the abuse and walk out with that W.

Truth is, I dont want to bother. I'm used to being the underdog and the hopeful fan. We are the favorite and dealing with these **** talking turds with their losing record and delusional mentality isn't really my taste. Frankly it;s laughable that either side is doing any talking. Both teams are horribly flawed, one is a national joke for the year and the other was a national punchline on Saturday.

It will be a damn good game, probably into the 4th. I am not going to back down from my prediction as I dont see improvement from Michigan in the least.

    MSU 23
    Michigan 16

We lose we cripple whatever progress we have made in 18 months.

We win, we set it up for a 9-3 regular season and a shot at a very nice bowl game.

Nothing more to say all week. Back to looking at Muhme in his "State sucks" T shirts and getting my daily fill of "Threet will destroy MSU" emails.

    Respectfully,

    Mike
